Journey into a magical miniature clockwork world where a plethora of oddities and wonders await. The world of Horloge, where a cursed carnival threatens the innocent denizens, is filled with unique environments, NPCs, enemies and dungeons. And of course, Sabotage’s composer Eric W. Brown returns to bring a completely fresh set of tracks!
The world of Horloge plays by different rules, and for their magic to manifest, the Solstice Warriors will need to adapt. Zale will tap into his agility to become a Juggler, while Valere will harness her balance to dazzle as an Acrobat. Playing to the circus-themed curse, they will unlock a completely new set of attacks, damage types, skills and combos.
Artificer joins the party! The friendly engineer robot will finally unlock the laser-shooting capabilities of his construct, and join Valere and Zale in the fight to save Horloge.
The couch co-op mode is also available for Throes of the Watchmaker. It allows up to three players to engage in traversal and combat with a “Co-Op timed hits” mechanic! Disclaimer: this mode is also available for Sea of Stars’ complete main adventure.
Originally designed by Caël and his friends to be a non-combat unit, Arty will need to apply a few upgrades and join the fight in order to help Valere and Zale as they embark on this new wacky adventure.
With the robot’s laser-shooting capabilities unlocked, our two Solstice Warriors will have a valuable ally in the fight to save Horloge.
Born on the Winter Solstice, Valere was trained in the martial ways of the monk. She walks the path of the Guardian Goddess Luana.
To play by Horloge’s rules, she will be compelled to harness her balance in news ways, and dazzle as an Acrobat in order for her Lunar Magic to manifest.
Born on the Summer Solstice, Zale was trained as a blade-dancer. He walks the path of the Guardian God Solen.
For his Solar Magic to manifest in the fight against the cursed carnival, he will need to cast his sword aside and leverage his agility to become a Juggler.
